Description

Within the framework of the project OPKK “Mapping of coastal and seabed habitats in the area of Adriatic sea under the national jurisdiction”, data on coastal and marine benthic habitats and species was gathered during the field research in Croatia. This dataset includes observations of marine species collected by drop down camera over a period 2022-2023.

Species identifications are verified by an expert.

Methods

Experts for concerned taxonomic groups analysed seabed video data collected by drop down camera. Records were structured in the table form and interpreted and entered in the appropriate format and mapped to DarwinCore. Species identifications are validated by an expert.
