Description

Dataset contains results obtained within the framework of the project "Establishment of a Coordinated Disease Surveillance System in Croatia in Accordance with the One Health Approach (CROOH, EU4Health Programme)." The primary goal of the project is to develop an integrated surveillance system for selected zoonoses, based on the One Health concept, which includes systematic monitoring of vectors such as ticks and mosquitoes.

"Method steps 1. Researchers defined the appropriate sampling protocol for the target species. 2. Fieldwork was planned. 3. Data was collected in the field by specialized personnel. 4. The collected data was entered into an EFSA database 5. The data was exported and manually corrected by experts 6. Data was sent to Vectornet and validated 7. The dataset is published and registered with GBIF. Quality control Data are collected using a predefined sampling protocol and checked by professionals
